WHO IS THE PEAK PERFORMANCE TEAM?

The Peak Performance Team is an experienced group of Fitness Professionals striving to give athletes the foundation they need to perform at their highest level. The Peak Performance Team brings their clients cutting edge sport strength training concepts and programs designed specifically for their individual sport. The Athletes strengths and weaknesses will be analyzed along with specific sport movements to gain an understanding of the movement patterns and skills necessary to perform at the highest level.

OUR PROGRAM FOCUS
  • Sport strength training is an ever-evolving process of finding safe, innovative, effective methods of training athletes that continues to help them improve their athletic movement skills, increase strength and explosive power, and translate this training into improved performance
  • Our goal is to establish fundamental strength, stability and mechanics that give athletes the foundation to progress to more intense, sport specific conditioning
  • We understand that the nature of sport requires coordinated movement, full body strength, balance and overall enhanced mechanics to reduce the chance of injury and improve performance of the human body
  • Sport conditioning captures the secondary characteristics of fitness (balance, agility, coordination, power, speed, and reaction) and helps athletes move with greater efficiency and effectiveness
  • Sport conditioning has a direct application to enhancing the athletic experience and provides a great opportunity for athletes of all ages to be more successful in sports
  • Our philosophy of sport strength training has moved away from the traditional model of muscle isolation and progressed to integrated, movement based lifting
  • The program focuses on the development of stability, mobility, eccentric control, and total body Linked SystemÔ strength mechanics for the progression of athletic strength and skillful movement
